A practical AI readiness checklist

Before funding an AI initiative, leadership should be able to answer five questions. Where does the data live, and who owns it? Which decision will the model improve, and how will you measure that? Who reviews outputs before they reach customers? What happens when the model is wrong? And who will maintain it after launch? If any answer is unclear, start with an assessment before a build.
